Today you will eliminate the fear from your life!
What has fear kept you from achieving in your life? What is it that you are afraid of? What have you failed to start because you were afraid you might fail?
Have you been paralyzed right where you were because you were afraid of failing? From today on, the fear of failure is no longer your worst enemy. Starting today, you are going to go and attack that thing that you have feared. From here on out, you will begin to take risks in life. The biggest fear people face is the fear of failure. This fear will rob you of your dreams. You will now address the fear that has crippled your goals and has kept you from accomplishing your dreams. You will begin to dream once again, and you will no longer allow fear to keep you from dreaming. I want you to say out loud to yourself “I will no longer live a mediocre life!”
Your goal is to detect this fear in your life, learn how to address it, and overcome it. You will do this by simply dismissing it and moving forward. This step alone will enable you to be one step closer to accomplishing the body of which you always dreamed. If this fear arises, ask yourself a question: “What is the worst that could happen if this fear of failure became a reality in my life?” When you think about it, the worst that could happen isn’t really that bad. Then ask yourself, “What is the best outcome that could happen in my life once I disable the fear of failure?” That best outcome will always outweigh the worst thing. Now go and chase your dreams. Go and get that body that you want, need, and ultimately deserve.

You probably have heard the saying, “If you fail to plan, then you are planning to fail.” This is so true when it comes to your nutrition. You have to start planning and preparing! You must know what you are going to eat at each meal and at what time you are going to eat that meal. You must also know what you are going to eat the next day and plan for that as well. With your job, all your commitments, and all your responsibilities, this is vital for your success. This will take a commitment on your part. You will need to write down what you will be eating at each meal the following day; then you will need to make sure you have access to those foods.
Here are a few tips to help you in your planning and preparing.
- When you cook, cook a little extra for another meal. For example, if you are grilling chicken, grill some extra for future meals in the next few days.
- Use Tupperware containers to bring food on the road with you.
- Chop your veggies once a week and keep them in baggies or containers to save time later.
- Utilize shaker bottles and blenders. These are always convenient when you are on the road.
- Keep mixed nuts, fruit and other healthy snacks with you at all times.
