Going the Extra Mile – The Price We Must Pay For Exponential Business Growth

Written by U.S. SBA Entrepreneur of the Year, Las Vegas Motivational Speaker & Founder of DJ Connection Tulsa Wedding DJs

Having started a wedding entertainment juggernaut out of my college dorm room on a non-existent / college budget, I know a little thing about what it takes to start a business from nothing. However, when it all comes down it, the most important thing any business owner must focus on doing to grow a brand is to wow each and every individual customer. It’s not good enough to just do a “good job.” Doing a “satisfactory” job will create the kind of “viral word of mouth” your business needs to grow either. You must be willing to “over-deliver” as Napoleon Hill wrote about. You must be willing to “go the extra mile.” You must be willing to exceed the expectations of your clients if you want them to tell their friends and family about your business. Do this, and great things happen. If you don’t do this, things won’t flourish and it will be your fault.
